Tuition

1. Tuition is figured on a school year basis. It has been divided into nine equal payments for convenience of billing. Parents wishing to make payment in full for an entire year may do so, however there is no discount for payments made in advance.
2. A tuition payment coupon booklet is issued to each family. The appropriate tear-out coupon should be included with payments which are due by the 1st of each month. All payments should be mailed to the preschool or placed in the drop box located at the Parent Information Corner, not given to your child's teacher.
3. Late tuition payments will be handled accordingly:
4. First month - notification of tardiness
5. Second month - reminder and notification of possible dismissal if not paid by the end of the month.
6. If tuition becomes three months in arrears, the child will be dismissed from the program.
7. There will be a $25 fee for checks returned for insufficient funds.
8. If a child is being withdrawn from the program, a two-week notice is required before billing is terminated.
9. The Preschool will provide applications for tuition assistance for children who are eligible for free and reduced lunches according to Federal guidelines.

Refunds

1. Tuition is not refunded in the event school is canceled due to inclement weather or for extended family vacations.
2. Tuition is refunded in the event of illness lasting beyond three weeks. After three weeks of a child's illness, tuition will be reduced to one half to hold the spot in the class until the child is able to return, provided the school is notified prior to the fourth week.
